  • Off The Hook is a fast casual dining restaurant that provides a quick, delicious Cajun experience. With locations in Houma and Thibodaux, we are passionate about the history of South Louisiana. We serve authentic Cajun cuisine such as fried seafood, poboys, gumbo, hush puppies, étouffée, and jambalaya, as well as fast-casual menu staples like burgers, wraps, salads, and chicken.

  • The operation is easily manageable with comprehensive manuals, low employee count, and a smaller footprint than the average fast casual restaurant. With a focus on engaging with our local communities, Off the Hook would easily adapt to many markets, both big and small.

Support & Training.

  • Qualified franchisees receive two weeks of training at a certified training facility, where they learn daily operations, administrative duties, POS system training, health and sanitation processes, profit and loss statement analysis, and most importantly, how to build the Off The Hook culture!

  • Certified trainers will travel to your site to help set up and train franchise team members and staff prior and during the opening of your Off The Hook franchise. We are dedicated to making you a success!
