Off The Hook Restaurants is expanding beyond Louisiana for the first time and bringing its signature Cajun seafood to Hattiesburg, Mississippi, in fall 2026. Our newest restaurant will be located at 6218 US Highway 98, Hattiesburg, MS 39402, offering a convenient new destination for local families, Southern Miss students, nearby businesses and anyone craving bold Gulf Coast flavor.

Known for serving real Cajun food without the wait, Off The Hook specializes in Gulf shrimp, U.S. farm-raised catfish, po’boys, gumbo and other Louisiana favorites prepared with the flavor and hospitality of our home state.

Off The Hook started as a Louisiana family business with one simple mission: make authentic Cajun seafood fast, fresh and approachable.

As we have grown throughout South Louisiana, we have remained committed to the recipes, ingredients and relationships that shaped our brand. The Hattiesburg restaurant marks an exciting milestone as our first location outside Louisiana, but the food and experience will stay true to where we started.

Hattiesburg’s combination of local pride, strong food culture, growing neighborhoods and college-town energy made it a natural choice for our next restaurant.

The city is home to the University of Southern Mississippi’s Hattiesburg campus, bringing together students, faculty, alumni and Golden Eagle fans from across the region. Our US-98 location will make it easy to grab a quick lunch, pick up dinner for the family or satisfy a craving for a shrimp poboy after a busy day.

Whether you are a lifelong Hattiesburg resident, stationed near Camp Shelby, visiting Southern Miss or traveling through South Mississippi, Off The Hook will offer a new way to enjoy authentic Louisiana flavor close to home.

The Hattiesburg menu will feature the Cajun seafood favorites that built the Off The Hook name, including:

The new Off The Hook restaurant in Hattiesburg is currently scheduled to open this Fall.
