
Off The Hook Restaurants Names Regan Starnes Nelson Director of Marketing & Public Relations
Thibodaux, LA — [March 19th, 2026] — Off The Hook Restaurants, a Louisiana-based Cajun seafood restaurant group known for its Gulf Coast flavors and growing footprint across South Louisiana, has appointed Regan Starnes Nelson as Director of Marketing & Public Relations.
A New Orleans native, Nelson brings more than a decade of experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, and public relations across consumer brands, hospitality, and technology sectors. In her new role, she will lead marketing strategy, media relations, brand partnerships, and community engagement as Off The Hook continues its expansion across Louisiana.

Nelson’s connection to Louisiana’s food industry began early. Growing up in New Orleans, she spent summers and holidays working at Elmer Chocolate, one of Louisiana’s oldest family-owned confectionery companies, founded in 1855. The experience gave her an early appreciation for Louisiana’s culinary traditions and the role local food brands play in bringing communities together.
